How do sessions occur?

Sessions can take place at our office, virtually, or even at a local place in town agreed upon by tutor and client. We also can come to you for added convenience for an additional charge.

What if need to cancel or reschedule a session?

We ask that you give us 24 hour notice in order to reschedule you for a time or day that works best to make up your session. If it is less than 24 hours, you will be charged for the session. No shows are also charged in full for missed session. If you are late, you may use your remaining time for session but our tutors are not obligated to stay beyond agreed upon time. After two no shows, your future appointments can be cancelled and contract terminated. In the event that a tutor has an emergency arise, we will provide you with another contracted tutor for that day or time or can always reschedule for a day or time that works best for you. (Emergencies are handled on a case by case basis)

What are the payment options?

Right now we offer payment via invoice using credit card through our BillerGenie software. We also gladly accept checks and or cash payments. Those on monthly contracts or single sessions must provide us with credit card to keep on file in the event that other payment has not been made before due date. Reminder that all payments must be made PRIOR to first scheduled session. Sessions are not scheduled until we have received payment.

What is included in our service we select?

All sessions purchased include any support, reteaching, and/or enrichment. Students are asked to bring all materials needed to each session and each tutor will come prepared with resources to help supplement and/or enrich. For those that need check-ins, extra communication between sessions, or regular communication with parents, we highly suggest you check out our Concierge Academic Coaching!

Do my sessions expire?

Due to our schedules changing and availability from semester to semester, all sessions purchased must be utilized before the end of each semester. If you miss a week, that was given 24 hour notice, reach out to your tutor to see when you can get in any missed sessions before the deadline. Keep in mind that our busiest times of year are at the beginning, midterm, and last week of school due to exams.

Do you offer any discounts or financial need based assistance?

If you would like to make your payment in full for the entire semester, we do offer a 5% discount on total services. (This comes to approximately one free session). We also offer discounts for those that decide to work in small groups (max of 4). This year we are starting our Sponsorship Program that can provide services at a discounted rate for those in financial need.
